We seek to establish relationships and engage early in transparent, inclusive and meaningful communication to incorporate stakeholder feedback into our decision-making processes.
This allows Iluka to identify and analyse diverse interests and understand community expectations, ensuring project planning is well-informed.
Iluka is proud to support the communities in which it operates by helping to fund local events, initiatives and projects through a community partnerships program. Our people also roll up their sleeves to help a variety of causes and make a difference, and are granted two days’ volunteering leave each year to do so.
