Credit Card Administrator - 12 months fixed term

ILUKA RESOURCES is a major participant in the global mineral sands sector and is involved in the exploration, project management, operations and marketing of zircon and titanium based products.  With a head office in Perth, we also have existing operations in Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia and the USA.

 An opportunity exists for an experienced Credit Card Administrator to join our Procurement team in Perth for a 12-month parental leave cover.  Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, the Credit Card Administrator is responsible for the administration of Iluka's credit card processes, managing the expense management system (Fraedom) and ensuring process governance and best practice in the area of expense management.

 The successful person will have excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills and be a self-starter.  We are looking for someone who has the ability to use discretion and good judgment, have the ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data and have a steadfast approach to ensuring adherence and compliance with company policy.

 Key elements of the role include:

  •  managing the credit card application process, ensuring correct information and authorisation has been obtained;
  • ordering and issuing new credit cards from Iluka's credit card provider as required;
  • maintaining Fraedom and Iluka's bank online card system for lost or stolen cards or employee detail changes;
  • maintaining accurate archives and audit trail processes for paper receipts and manual forms;
  • ensuring that user training is available to all employees and is completed prior to credit card issuance and access;
  • providing end user support as the initial point of contact for all credit card maintenance and system enquiries;
  • processing monthly reports on credit card and expense management use for adherence to policy requirements; and
  • undertaking  monthly reconciliation of expense transactions to ensure correct processing and assignment.
